Price list · checked September 2026
Every published price, on one page.
Websites, SEO, automation, applications and data, each with its starting price and what it includes. The figure is fixed in writing before work starts, and it does not move unless you ask for something that was not in the scope.
Werehouse Media publishes a starting price for almost everything it does. A one-page website starts at £995, a multi-page site at £1,495 and a redesign of an existing site at £1,495. Local SEO starts at £695 a month. A single automation starts at £650, a connected system at £1,950 and a bespoke application at £4,500.
CRM and ERP builds, and AI tool setup and training, are the exceptions: they are quoted after the systems audit, because what the system holds, and how many people will use it, decides what it costs. The SEO audit and the systems audit are each normally £495 and free for a limited time, and the data audit is £495, credited in full against builds totalling over £2,000. Every project is fixed in writing before work starts. Prices checked September 2026.
Audits
What does an audit cost?
Werehouse Media runs three audits. The SEO audit and the systems audit are each normally £495 and free for a limited time, with no card and no obligation. The data audit is £495. When an audit is paid for, the fee is credited in full against builds totalling over £2,000.
| Service | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| SEO audit and fix list | Normally £495, free for a limited time | A person reviews indexing, speed, titles, the Google Business Profile, AI search readiness and conversion, then writes a fix list in priority order. |
| Systems audit | Normally £495, free for a limited time | A twenty-minute interview, then a written verdict on what to build, what to buy and what to leave alone, with a cost against each. |
| Data audit | £495, credited in full against builds totalling over £2,000 | Where the numbers live now, which ones disagree, and what it would take to make them agree. |
Websites, branding and care
What does a website cost?
A website starts at £995 for a one-page site and £1,495 for a multi-page site, and a redesign of an existing site starts at £1,495. Every site is designed and hand-coded around the business, with the search groundwork done before launch and 30 days of fixes after it. Care is optional, and the domain, the code and the accounts are in your name whether you take it or not.
| Service | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| One-page website | From £995 | One clear service in one area, designed and built on your real content. |
| Multi-page website | From £1,495 | Several services or locations, each with a page of its own. |
| Larger builds | From £5,000 | A shop, bookings, customer logins, or a website joined to a system we are also building. |
| Website redesign | From £1,495 | An existing site rebuilt with its rankings intact, its URLs kept or mapped one to one. |
| Brand kit | From £895 | Your existing mark redrawn, with a colour palette, two typefaces and files in every format. |
| Full identity | From £1,800 | A complete identity built from scratch, with templates, signage artwork and a written brand guide. |
| Website care | From £49 a month | Hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, security patching and small changes, with no contract. |
| Hosting on its own | From £9 a month | Hosting for a site that does not take a care plan. You can also host it anywhere you prefer. |
SEO and AI search
What does SEO cost?
SEO starts with the SEO audit above. Where the audit shows ongoing work is worth doing, local SEO starts at £695 a month and a full search programme at £995 a month. AI search visibility is included in both, and the work is done on sites we built and sites we did not. How those prices compare with the rest of the market, and what a monthly fee should buy, is in how much SEO costs in the UK.
| Service | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Local SEO | From £695 a month | Google Business Profile managed, citations kept consistent, a review routine, and service and location pages written. |
| Full search programme | From £995 a month | Everything in local SEO where local applies, plus content, technical work, earned links and AI search visibility. |
Automation and integration
What does business automation cost?
Business automation starts at £650 for a single automation or integration and £1,950 for a connected system joining two or three tools, and larger integrations start at £3,500. Work starts with the systems audit, which is allowed to conclude that you should buy a product off the shelf instead, and every build runs on accounts you own.
| Service | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Single automation | From £650 | One job on one path, such as enquiries routed, quotes chased or reviews requested. |
| Enquiry and document automation | From £650 | Quotes, proposals, contracts and onboarding packs generated from your data rather than retyped. |
| Single integration | From £650 | One route built and documented, such as the website into the CRM or the CRM into the accounts. |
| Connected system | From £1,950 | Two or three tools joined so the data moves on its own, with failure alerts and a handover document. |
| Larger integration | From £3,500 | Four or more systems, or data that has to be reconciled rather than copied. |
| Automation care | From £49 a month | Monitoring, renewals and small changes for anything live, never a condition of the build. |
Applications, CRM and AI
What do bespoke applications, CRMs and AI cost?
A bespoke application starts at £4,500. CRM and ERP builds, including a CRM with operational modules such as stock or despatch, are quoted after the systems audit as a fixed price in writing. A single AI job starts at £650, a private AI assistant at £4,500, and the managed AI receptionist at £999 to set up, then from £250 a month.
| Service | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Bespoke application | From £4,500 | A client portal, dashboard or internal tool with its own data model, built around what the business actually tracks. |
| Bespoke CRM system | Quoted after the systems audit | Its own records, stages, roles and reporting, and the integrations it needs to be the one place the work lives. |
| CRM with operational modules | Quoted after the systems audit | The CRM plus stock, purchasing, despatch or production, joined so one movement updates everything downstream. |
| A single AI job | From £650 | One unstructured task handled and joined to what you already run, such as a document read into fields. |
| Private AI assistant | From £4,500 | An assistant over your own documents, on your own accounts, with answers that show their source. |
| Managed AI receptionist | From £999 setup, then from £250 a month | Designed, set up and run for you; the monthly fee covers the voice platform, the phone line, an agreed usage allowance, monitoring and changes. |
Data and reporting
What does data and reporting work cost?
Data and reporting work starts with the data audit at £495, credited in full against builds totalling over £2,000. A reporting build or a data migration starts at £1,950, warehouses and pipelines at £3,500, and a full data platform at £4,500, all built on your own accounts.
| Service | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Reporting build | From £1,950 | Your existing systems joined to a dashboard that refreshes itself, with the definitions written down. |
| Data migration and cleansing | From £1,950 | Records moved between systems with history intact, duplicates merged and entry rules fixed. |
| Warehouse and pipelines | From £3,500 | A proper store underneath, fed automatically from the systems that hold the data. |
| Full data platform | From £4,500 | Several sources, defined rules, history carried across, and dashboards for more than one audience. |
How the prices work
Straight answers about paying.
Why are most of these "from" prices?
A five-page site for one town and a twenty-page site covering six services in four towns are not the same job, and quoting both at one number would mean overcharging one of them. Every project is scoped first and then fixed in writing, and the price does not move unless you ask for something that was not in the scope.
Do prices change depending on where the business is?
No. Prices are the same in every Sussex town, across the rest of the UK, and for English-language work in Europe and the United States. Distance changes neither the price nor the timeline, because the work runs on calls, preview links and shared drafts.
Is there a minimum term on the monthly services?
No minimum term applies to local SEO or the full search programme, which stop with 30 days' notice, and website care and automation care have no contract at all. The notice period for the managed AI receptionist is set out in the written agreement before anything starts.
How are website builds paid for?
A website build is paid in thirds: a third books the work, a third is due on the first draft and the balance before launch. Monthly services are billed monthly. Nothing is invoiced that was not agreed in writing first, and you own the domain, the code and every account at the end.
What happens to an audit fee?
The SEO audit and the systems audit are normally £495 each, and free for a limited time. When an audit is paid for, the fee is credited in full against builds totalling over £2,000, and the same applies to the £495 data audit.
