2. If it is worth a conversation, we have one

Half an hour, and it is a conversation about your business rather than a pitch. If an off-the-shelf product is the right answer we will name the product and tell you to go and buy it. That happens often enough to be worth saying here.

3. A fixed price in writing, or nothing

Any work is quoted in writing with the scope attached before it starts. No retainer you cannot leave, no ownership held hostage: the domain, the code and every account are yours outright.
