Why it is free
It is a £495 product and we are giving it away. Here is the honest reason.
The free window changes what it costs you to find out. It does not change what the audit is willing to say.
- 1It costs us most of a day, and a person does itSomebody reads the business, runs the interview, works through what came out of it and writes the document. There is no scanner, no scorecard and nothing generated while you wait. That is what the £495 pays for when it is not free.
- 2We cannot quote honestly without itNobody can price building something before they know where the time actually goes. Doing this properly is how we arrive at a fixed price instead of a guess, so it is work we would have to do anyway.
- 3You keep it whether you buy or notThe document is yours. No card, no trial, no obligation, and you are free to take it to another supplier. Some people do.
- 4Often the answer earns us nothingIf a product you can already buy covers most of what you need, the audit names it and says so. An audit that only exists to sell a build cannot credibly conclude that you should not have one.
What lands in your inbox
A document you can act on without us.
Every job you do by hand that a machine could do, with hours a month against it so you can see which one is worth fixing first. Then build, buy or leave alone for each, with a cost against every option and a fixed price for anything we would build.

How it goes
Three steps, and one of them is yours.
- 1You send the formEnough to know whether we can help and what to ask about. Two minutes, and we come back within one working day.
- 2Twenty minutes on the phoneWith whoever actually does the work, not only whoever booked the call. Most of what matters comes out of describing a normal Tuesday.
- 3The document arrivesWritten up and sent to you. If the answer is that you should buy something off the shelf, it says that, and names it.
The other one
Free SEO audit
If the work behind the phone is fine and the problem is that the phone is quiet, this is the one to ask for. A person reviews the site against what it is trying to rank for and writes the list: what is holding it back, in what order, and what it is worth fixing. Normally £495.
Asked for the wrong one? We will say so. If the phone is not ringing enough that is usually a search problem; if it rings and the work behind it is chaos that is usually a systems problem. Ask for either and say you are not sure, and we will point you at the right one. It costs us nothing and saves you a fortnight.
Before you ask
The questions everyone asks.
Are the audits really free?
Yes. No card, no trial, no obligation. Each normally costs 495 pounds and both are free for a limited time, because it is the most honest way to show the standard of the work before anybody spends anything. They are the same audits either way, including their willingness to conclude that you should not buy anything.
What is the catch?
That we hope you like the work enough to consider us for what follows. That is all of it. You keep the document either way and you are free to take it to another supplier, which some people do.
Can I have both?
Usually there is no point doing both at once. One of them is almost always the live problem, and doing that one properly tells you whether the other is worth looking at. Ask for the one that matches the symptom and we will say if the other is the better starting point.
Will you tell me I do not need anything?
Regularly, and it is most of what an audit is worth. An audit that only exists to sell a build cannot credibly conclude that you should not have one. If a product you can already buy covers most of what you need, you will be told which one.
How long does the systems audit take?
Twenty minutes of your time on the phone. The writing up is ours and takes most of a day, and the document normally reaches you within a few working days of the interview.
Werehouse Media offers two free audits for UK businesses, each normally £495. The free systems audit is a process audit: a twenty-minute interview with the people who do the work, then a written document setting out where the time goes, what should be built, what should be bought off the shelf and what each option costs. The free SEO audit is a manual review of a website and its search visibility: what is holding it back in Google and in AI answers, written as a prioritised list. Neither requires a card and neither obliges you to buy anything. Most businesses need one and not the other, and if you ask for the wrong one you will be told.
