Website terms

Last updated: 9 July 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which is always issued before any work starts or money changes hands.

Who runs this site

This site is operated by Werehouse Media, England. Contact: homesoko.management@gmail.com.

What this site is for

The content here is general information about the services I offer. It isn't advice for your specific situation, and reading it doesn't create a client relationship. If you want advice you can act on, that starts with a free conversation and, if we both choose to proceed, a written engagement.

Portfolio and case studies

Where this site shows examples of website or systems work, they're shown with the client's knowledge, and any figures quoted are real outcomes for that specific business in those conditions. They are not a promise of what will happen for yours. Any guarantees I offer are set out in writing in the engagement agreement, with their conditions.

Intellectual property

The Werehouse Media name, logo, site design and written content belong to me unless otherwise stated. You're welcome to link to the site and to quote short extracts with attribution. Don't copy pages wholesale, scrape the site for commercial reuse, or pass the content off as your own.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to breach the security of the site or its hosting, submit forms with false identities, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.

Third-party links

Where the site links to other websites, those sites are their owners' responsibility. A link isn't an endorsement, and I don't control what's on the other end.

Liability

The site is provided as is. I take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and the site available, but I don't guarantee either, and I'm not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's general content or from interruptions to it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.

Changes

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
